Wax on his fur?

Seamus just stuck his paw in hot wax. He's okay, but has wax all over him. Any thoughts on how to get it off? Erin

well, I know that using peanut butter gets wax out of clothes and hair, much like gum, but i don't know if poor Seamus would like that very much better than the wax. :p

If you get it cooled enough, it should brush out with a fine tooth comb or brush, I would think. Is it just on the surface or deep into the coat? Sure is amazing what they will get into, LOL...
