A Cat and his Dog

Caught a great shot of Stumpy and Sam snuggled together on the sofa the other day. Stumpy absolutely loves dogs (he grew up with 5 large ones) and was depressed when we lost all of them (natural causes). Now that Sam is beyond puppyhood and calmer, there is nothing that Stumpy likes to do more than snuggle in with them. Sam is a snuggly dog and gladly complies.

Nope, I don't spoil my critters! Nope, I don't move to the floor when they've made their claims on the sofa! LOL

That is soo cute. I love how he has his paw around his buddy..I used to have a Golden and my cats loved him...Hubbys thinking of getting another this spring.

The funny thing is, Sam's brother Spike is a black dog (their mother was an Irish Setter mix and the fathers were unknown). My grey and black cats tend to hang out with Spike and my red cats hang out with Sam. They are color coded! LOL
