Anal leakage

My cat Bella who is 3 years old and 16 pounds has been having some brown leakage from her butt. I was wondering if this might be due to blocked anal glands? She will not let me near her butt long enough to wipe her but clean. SHe has always had dried poop around that area. Maybe she needs more fiber? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

It sounds like Bella's anal scent sacs might be leaking.
I would have my vet check her right away to be sure that they are not infected and to rule out any other problem.
