My kittens are almost a month old (were born feb 6) They are starting to walk around the room. Colin (there mother) is constantly meowing at me (like asking for something to me) Shes always looking at me and meowing witha a request. When the kittens start to meow she meows harder at me. Like if they are asking her somethin and she asks me back.

What do the need its always and im worried???

I know that when Lexus has a litter and they start walking around to explore, she gets a little anxious about it and will meow at me too - I have always thought she wanted me to help her make sure they didn't get into something that would hurt them, to keep an eye on them and protect them. So I watch out for them. After she gets used to them running about, she settles down.

Just help your girl watch out for the babies when they are out and running around. She will appreciate it and in time, be less anxious with them being out of the nest.

Missy would bring her kittens back if they went too far, it doesn't hurt them.

That is how the mama kitty moves her babies. It does not hurt them and is perfectly normal.

Catkiki, you have some very pretty pointed cats ... Scamper, Princess and Stinker are the three in the middle of your signature, right? Scamper reminds me so very much of a particularly beloved Seal Point girl who once shared my life. And, if I might ask, are Buddy and Sissy related? They are very similar in appearance.
