Do you bowl and are you any good at it?

We have started making sundays bowling day because that is the only day it isn't crowded. I am so bad at it! Everyone in Lee's family is really good. I can't break 100 yet. 95 was my highest out of 3 games and a sorry little 66 was my lowest!

How good are you?

I'm pretty good at bowling! (if I may say so myself!)

Even with only one working leg, I still manage to beat everyone I play with!
It's just such a shame that it's so expensive around here!

That's amazing!!

Maybe I should see what the prices are like for Sunday morning!

The last time I went, there were two of us and we bought play for an hour - as many games as you can fit in - and it cost us £15 each!!!!

That's a very approximate $60 for two!!

I love to bowl! I was on a league with my ex and his cousin and sister, but, well, that's over LOL. My Mom, Aunt, Sister and I are thinking of joining a women's league in the fall. I'm not the greatest, very inconsistent I think is the word I'd use
one game I could get a 160ish the next I'd be down near 110- but its still fun!

I used to bowl quite well.
My team took second place in our junior league many, many, many moons ago.
I worked as a server in a Bowling alley in my late teens, the employees would bowl after shift games, purely fun of course.

I can't keep a ball out of the gutter to save my life now and to me a spare is that extra tire I carry around for my truck

I've bowled over the years but not for the last few. I grew up bowling Duck Pin/Candle Pin, then 5-Pin and lastly 10-pin. When we bowled in our company league in 10-pin my husband and I bought our own balls which are still taking up space in our basement.
I had decent scores in all three types.

I don't bowl anymore-I'm not very good.
One of my Sister's in law owns a bowling alley with her niece. I bet I could get good bowling prices for you!!

I only bowl occassionally but I love it!! I just got a new bowling ball (I am left-handed and have short stubby fingers so it is better that I have my own) and my own new bowling shoes (I don't care for the rented shoes).

My bowling isn't great though. I can break 100 sometimes but my usual score is around 80. I just went bowling last week and beat my mother on the third game. SHE beat everyone (excluding my father) during one round.

My husband has his own ball and shoes too.

We love to bowl. Unfortunatly we can't afford to right now. We did go and buy a table top size set of pins and a ball and are triing to teach Karma. After about 30 minutes of showing her what to do she begins to do it her self. Right now we set the ball up about 6 inches from the pins but are slowly moving it back. I'll try to get pictures.
