I'm thinking about getting a Scunci Steam Cleaner to help clean the floors and such. I like that you can use it to sanitize carpets/sofas/etc as well, and that it helps take off wallpaper (which I'm going to have to do in my new place soon). Does anyone have an opinion about these cleaners that they can share before I spend the money on them? Thanks!

I haven't heard of that brand! I have a Black and Decker Steam cleaner and I totally love it!

It really cleans carpets and furniture well and mine is very small so it's easy to store and move around! (I got it in a sale too, so I got a real bargain!)

If you don't mind, how much did you pay for yours? At Target, with the floor cleaning attachment, they're about $60, but at Wal-mart, without the floor cleaning attachment, its $50. I just don't want to waste my money when I could get something better, so thanks for the input! I'm glad you like yours!

I paid £30 (approximately $60) It came with the pointer nozzel (sp?), the floor attachment, sofa attachment, little brushes and 2 extensions for the handle.

I think $60 sounds like a good price for a steam cleaner! Have you tried googling for some reviews on it?
