Hello all!

I'm a newbie! My name is JJ and I have two cats who rule my life. One is a grey tabby and the other is a orange (more like sand colored) tabby. Both are former ferals we found Ms. kitty outside of our home when we first moved in just roaming and caught her. She was around 10 wks then. And the other, Skeeter, we found in the crawl space under our apartment where his mother had deposited him and his two siblings. We caught all three kittens and found two of them good homes. At the time he was too aggresive to place and I just decided to keep him. He's become the most loving and silly cat I've ever been around. I was not, before these two, what you could consider a cat person. I've always thought they were beautiful but aloof and unloving. I have since found this to be totally ignorant and wrong! Both cats are absolutely loving and both are hiliarious. They are everywhere I am all the time even if it's not right in my face like my dog (although most times it is lol). Both love water (which I find fascinating since they are cats) and both are the light of my life and keep me very busy making sure they are entertained! I had to work very hard to gain the trust and love of both cats and I swear that makes it so much sweeter to me. Unlike my dog (whom I adore) who loved me from the minute I brought her home, both cats were many weeks of figuring out what worked and what didn't. I'm glad I had the time and the energy to try because the rewards have been amazing! That's about all! lol JJ
