I'm not a moderator or anything, but it looks like its within the regulations now (I think!) I'm sure someone who knows for sure will be by later!

Yes it's within size limits now (and finally I know this for sure- my sig has been too big sooo many times it's embarassing, but I know the size limits now)

It's a great signature; I especially like the glowing effect sort of essence it has to it, and of course beautiful cats always help!!
