Phenom was a playful little girl last nigth and kept us up most of the night. I am hungry and there is nothing to eat here so I have to wait till lunch. Other than that is 1/2 through the week! YAY!
Humpday? Should I be worried?
As I just posted in another forum. I believe Ox had diarhea. But mess in litchen this morning YUCK!!!!!!
Been checking out cellular phone plans this am as we will finally have to get one in April for my business.
Supposed to be nice today with a high of 33 degrees-I think I will go outside this afternoon and start pruning the fruit trees (I have 10 to do) 4 Cherry, 4 Apple, 2 plum and 2 pear trees. Then I'll leave the branches on the ground (we actually the snow!)so the rabbits can chew on them rather than my shrubs!

haha I thought the same thing until it was explained to me. It's Wednesday and if you work Monday-Friday, Wednesday is the "hump day" in the week. So half way through the day today, you'll be on the downside of the hump for the work week.
I didn't explain that very well did I?

Our Asia made a mess in our bathroom last night. I found it really odd. The only thing I can think of is I had the door to their room closed for about 5 minutes while I was cleaning so she went to the other end of the house and went. Hopefully it was just a one time thing.

I am shattered! had just under 3 hours sleep last night with Mark and his friends making a racket. Inconsiderate bunch.
Im going to finish work early and sleep because Im struggling to function! Why is it when you can't sleep you try so hard and that makes it worse and you just can't switch off? and you get all stressed out because you know you're gonna be tired the next day? Why cant we just tell ourselves to calm down and go to sleep?

So how did the term "Hump-day" start? I remember first hearing it used a couple of years ago. Then I began wondering that the other day...
Hopefully my thermostat is fixed now! We were having to restart it every hour for a couple of days then once every couple of hours. It's the kind where it locks up if the pilot doesn't light the furnace after so long. Blah!

I think it's because it's the middle of the week, so it's like Monday and Tuesday you're going up, Wednesday is the hump, and then you go down the other side of the hump on Thursday and Friday.Originally Posted by lunasmom

Not that this is important, but I just found a quarter from Bermuda!! Its cool! It has a queen on the front and a cool bird with a really long tail on the back

I love finding money like that. I found a nickel once that I think is from Russia and I was so excited.
