I've got some sleds and a snowboard. Tobogan like sleds though... not the ones pulled by horses
I just don't like driving on the salt encrusted roads, you really don't need THAT much salt to melt the ice! Going up to the mountains in the snow is great, though. Beautiful up there. Right now I'd like some heat!

We have all of this in California. You should come here and see the Great Redwood Forest in Northern Calif. Totally awesome ... I wish we had kangaroos and koalas. Koalas look sooo cuddly although I know they're not.

Ha...Felicia, I'm surprised you didn't say what do we wish for in our CITY??

Perth, being the most isolated city in the world, doesn't have much of anything. I would like there to be a HUGE pet store here that you could get tonnes of cool stuff at, like they have everywhere in the States, but once again I have to be content with the local City Farmers!

When reading the title I didn't think of nature type things. I thought of Snyder's Cheese Pretzel Bits.
Oh and Boo Berry cereal too.
What I'd really like though is a mosquito farmer (kills them) every quarter of a mile until all of them are wiped out!

The northern lights (Aurora Borealis)! That must be spectacular to see. Apart from that south africa has pretty much everything.

You should live in the tropics like I do Lauren!
So don't be surprised if I wished the opposite (well not quite). But some "cool 70's degrees" weather all year round would be nice.

I want some REAL brotchen and bratwurst. Not this american fake stuff. OOh and german chocolate. I actually just want the brotchen truck to come to columbus once a week and ring his little bell and sell me all the goodies I want. And a Raja's Imbis, and a fest gyro. I miss Heidelberg!!

Where to begin! Motorways for one - we have exactly 12 kilometers of proper motorway in the whole country, and the roads are terribly dangerous. A pet store with good food and accessories. More car parks in the cities - people just park on the pedestrian walkways. Cheddar cheese and bacon. A real department store. Less extremes of climate - from -22C in winter up to 40C in summer. More tolerance of people who are in any way different from you. Cable TV and fast internet connections. But we do have some of the loveliest scenery in Europe, an interesting and delicious local cuisine including the best tomatoes I have ever eaten, and a fascinating history at the crossroads of cultures.

Geez you just described Sioux Lookout Canada to a T!, add in lots of moose too and good pike fishing.

I love living here in Canada and although I love to visit other places I can't imagine anywhere else being home. I do wish that the place I am living now (SW ON) had more natural beauty. It's very "big city" with lots of buildings and roads and I do admit to missing all of the beauty of the north
. I would also love to have mountains here. I've been out to Colorado and Utah before and I loved the rockies. I would love to wake up every morning to see them.

Unfashionable end of the western spiral arm of the
warmer winters

also more professional baseball teams. There's only one left in all of Canada and it's too far from me. I'm not all that interested in baseball on TV or radio, I just want to go see a game. I miss the Expos
(yes, they were lousy but you could go see them for only $5)

(oh, and I wish we had a non-conservative government too... but that's for another section
)
