Help! A User CP Problem?

When I try to click on Edit Avatar this error message comes up.

Please help. I am trying to put a signature and it's not letting me.

Ok this problem is still continuing and I am supposed to be in Young Cat not Kitten. Why is this problem happening to me?

What are you referring to as 'full access'?

I would like to have some access to TCS as I am active and I am supposed to be in the Young Cat level.

When you have reached 30 days of membership, you will then receive the perks of a Young cat. Until then you have to wait. It may not make any sense to you but there are reasons for the waiting periods.

I know that it can be frustrating, but time passes quickly before you know it.
