I'm stuck at work during the week. But most week-ends are flexible.

I always thought Grand Junction was big. I think that came from when I would visit my grandparents in Rifle which was teeny and going to Grand Junction was a big deal.

But it's really cool seeing other Colorado folks here! Any chance the two of you might be making a trek to the metro area? (BTW, Golden's tiny - 15,000 people!)
I'd love a meet up, I've always wondered how everyone is in person

The issue for me would be transport, I'm only 15, and I'm not sure if my parental unit would be crazy about me meeting people from the net...
Still, you never know....

Is the parental unit interested in cats? Bring them along, by all means. Yikes! I would NEVER let my kid meet up with someone from the Internet!

I work nights but I have every other weekend off. Tybalt and I can drive anywhere in the area to meet. (Heidi, I know where CO Mills is now, LOL!)

Re: Everwood, I don't know. I've never seen the show

Where is a central location for all of us to meet? Denver, maybe?

We have an Evergreen but no Everwood. The show is probably filmed in Canada because it is so much cheaper than the US.

When I visited my sister in Denver last fall we went to Garden of the Gods. It is a beautiful park, with several fun shops and restaurants. Its a little chilly there now, but if you are meeting more in the spring, that would be a fabulous place to meet. By the time you finish walking through, you would be pretty well acquainted!

I hope to make a summer trip back to Denver this summer...it is so beautiful!

Are we any close to making plans for this? I'm still interested.

Thinking about places we could meet up, I'm thinking either Park Meadows or Colorado Mills. They are both right on highways, easy to get to from any location, and pretty easy to find (unless some numbskull gives bad direction, right Sue?
). Plenty of restaurants where we could meet for lunch, and do some shopping if we felt so inclined afterward.

As for March, Saturday the 11th doesn't work for me, but I think the other weekends are open.

I like Colorado Mills myself, but I have to admit, I haven't been to Park Meadows...ever! March is a bit busy-ish - concerts, Spring Break. The 18th or April 1 is best for me, probably.

Wow! Is this really gonna happen?

Colorado Mills works for me. I'm free the weekend of 3/18-19 and the one 4/1-2 (although we might be moving on the 4/1-2 weekend, more on that soon).

I have no idea what Colorado Mills is, but I daresay I could find it if given directions. I'm in school March 17, 18, 19, but free after that.

The only commitment I have is for 3/11. It looks like most can make it 3/18 except ErinAndSeamus. Maybe 4/1 or 4/2 would also work.

I think the 11th is pretty full for me (if I didn't say that before.) We're going to see Bill Cosby that night!

I phrased this wrong. The only day I know I can't make is 3/11. Too long a day at work.
