I am so happy and now actually motivated.... I have been keeping the gluten in my diet to very little( i am gluten intolerant so this is good).. I have been walking more and trying to move more .. Well tonight I decided to check the numers ( measurments) since the scale has gone done about 12 lb s and my pants waists are haveing to be folded over or pulled way up... well I have lost 6 inches off my waist and 4 off my high hips and 5 off my low hips ... none off my chest but that is okay....

Well done!!! Losing it off your hips is generally the hardest place to lose it!!

How long is it since you last weighed yourself? Cause 12 lbs is heaps!!!

Good on you! Keep it up!

Congratulations! Awesome..feeling better (and having loose clothes) is a good motivator to continue what you are doing!

Congrats, Jennifer!
Twelve pounds in a month, you should be able to do the rest easy! We are rooting for you!
