I have 2 bengal kitties. I put them both on raw as soon as they got here and they love it!! Ive been feeding them morning and night. But am thinking about adding a lunch. I make my own and put it in baggies. I put in 2 big tablespoons for each during each feeding.(plan on getting a better measuring spoon lol) but how much daily should they eat? I plan on buying an ounce measurer so if u can tell me in ounces that would be good.

Oh yeah they will be 13 wks tom!

Thanks

Young kittens I put down food as often as I can and when they stop showing itnerest I pick it back up again. Now my cats are older and are down to 2 meals a day. Its still about what they can eat in a half hour. I still find they eat more than most guidelines call for, but 2 of them are still growing.

We feed our cats twice a day. morning and night. More if the ask for it. They'll eat a pound of rabbit in one day. They both pick at the Wellness kibble durring the afternoon.... WOW! I just checked that chart. Am I overfeeding my 8 month old cats? Should I cut them back?

are you just feeding meat?? or is it a mix of meat bone and organs>>/?
a lb a day for two cats seems really high.. i have two and half 9-13lbs animals on raw and I go thru 5lb s in 7-10 days but it is a mix of meat bone and veggie and organs

We feed them the Oma's chicken mix. The rabbit is just meat and and bone. I think the brains are in there too. They eat less chicken but they tend to pig out on the rabbit. I read about an all rabbit diet and evidently there is a taurine deficiency. I have been thinking about a supplement.

I use the same brand and yes the rabbit is just meat and bone no organs and it is for supplemental and ittermitant use... Mine to pigged out on the rabbit .. but it is a very lean meat( along with the taurine issue) and so I went to the chn mix..
