I got a call from my boyfriend tonight, because I'm away from home for a few days. He tells me that Buddy seems to have nibbled on the corner of a piece of tin foil! (The foil had food on it, which is probably why he did it). I don't know if he ate any for sure, or how much he ate if he did, but I'm of course concerned. I wont be home until Tuesday... Is there anything specifically I should tell him to watch for? Help!!

I would get a vet check just in case. Foil is toxic to cats. One of my sisters cats died as a result of eating some foil. He had it removed surgically but the toxins had built up too much and he didn't make it

Hopefully your kitty didn't eat any.

Wow. I'm glad I read this thread.

Sam likes to play with foil. I won't let him have it anymore!

Good vibes for your kitty. I'm sure things will be okay as long as a vet gets a look at him.

Oookay, I'm not home, so a vet visit is going to be VERY difficult, but I'll phone them now. Thanks guys!
