My mother had a cat named Kayla when I was younger. Her and this cat were as close as any animal and person could be. My mother took her in as stray that some one found and brought to work. My mother usally fed her cheep cat food both moist and dry. One day my mother decided to splurge and buy her a can of Sheba. Kayla loved it so much she decided to give my mother a thankyou gift. She left my mother a dead chipmunk in pristeen condition in her food dish. Needless to say my mother thanked her and then perceeded to screem and yell for me to remove it.
She hated rodents of any kind.

One of my instructor's dogs (a Belgian Shepherd) will bring her the occasional deer.

I have no idea what I would do in that situation. Bury it in the backyard?

My barn cat Spot (RB) would leave dh a dead mouse every day, right in the doorway to the barn. He is kind of tall and thin, and I think she figured I wasn't feeding him enough! LOL!
