Mabby needs a playmate

Yeah I know that sounds wierd..........Ya know us having 4 cats and all.......

But my Mabby is a ball of untamed energy.....

And my other three...Emmet, Doofus and Poppy are sad to say....BUMS!!!!!!!

While they sleep all freekin day...My poor mabby is bouncing off the walls playing games w/ herself....squeeking and squaking the whole time.........

I was watching her today...and she just looked soooooooo bored and lonely....

John and I play w/ her and all the kits every chance we get....But mabby's energy lvl is unchanged..........

She needs a playmate...someone who will jump off the walls w/ her.............

I am also starting to think her agression towards Poppy is realated to this endless supply of spunk she has.....Maybe she isnt trying to beat her up....but more so "Agressivley" trying to play w/ her........

I brought up this to John....After all Mabby is his favorite.......and do you know what Mr. "No more cats bridget" said.........

He took one look at his Mabby and said "Maybe"......which if you knew John is a yes.........

What do you guys think.........???

Awww..I think it's a great idea! The more the merrier! I can just see the headlines 'Mr. no more cats gets another cat'. Any ideas on what you are going to look for? OR are you just going to let someone find you?

All I know the kitten must have high energy...be very very playful....Nerves of steel.....oh yeah and be willing to play w/ mab....lol

I think it is a great idea

I am working on the third cat Frankie soon baby ..... and possibley a new kitten ...

We have been going thru the Pro's and cons...There are a lot of each......What if they dont like eachother.....What if they both beat on Poppy...What if this cat goes docile too.........etc......never mind the fact that every cat we get adds another 2000$ each to moving expenses when we move to England in a few years..........

But on the other hand....if it did work...I think it would do wonders for Mabby and her temperment.....She would be sooo wound up if she got to expell all that energy....and sweet poppy would get some peace.....

Never mind the off chance that maybe a new cat would get the rest of them to ummmm...WAKE UP......

Doofus is the only one that will run around and wrestle her....but 2 zooms up and down the house, and its time for Doofus to nap......

Wheras poor mabby is still squeeking and squeeling doing laps around the house.....and then after that she wanders the house looking for someone to play w/ her..........so sad .......

I guess we shall see our requirements are pretty exact for a rescue kitty........It has to be a just weened kitten, so that it hasnt had such a dominent influence....It has to be male, we dont want any territory wars here....he needs to be fearless like Mab....and he has to be a ball of energy........so i guess we shall see......

If you guys can think of anything to help us put...that would be cool....lol
