Peeeeeeiiiiiiiiinnnnnnngggg!!!!!!!!

Help

My cat Apples is peeing on my dog's bed. She is fine health wise. She is not peeing on anything else but the dog item. For example I let the dog sleep in the room with us I bring in Brandy's bed walk out the room, apple jumps on it and pees, then walk away like nothing. What can i do this is really really driving me crazy.

It sounds to me like dominance behavior.
