Slow baked beans - Take 2

I've tried to make them before, but they didn't turn out because of the oven I was using.....it was gas and I forgot and overcooked them. So, today, on my day off, I'm going to give it a second try. They're in the oven now, so hopefully they'll be a delicious part of tomorrow's dinner. Wish me luck!
