Help! Bad Bathroom Habit

I have tried everything to stop my cat's bad habit. He goes to the bathroom (bowel movements) in our bathroom sinks. He has done this since we brought him and his brother home as 3 month year old kittens (he is now over a year). He is the more aggressive of the two cats. He did it in every sinlge one of our bathrooms and then we recently moved and now he's done it in every one in our new house. He has been to the vet numerous times for a checkup so it doesn't appear to be a health issue. I have tried adding another litter box so that there are two for the two cats - didn't work. I have tried closing all the bathroom doors for extended periods of time to break the habit - didn't work. I have tried catching him in the act and scolding him - didn't work. I just recently tried cat repellent spray and it worked for one day but by the second day, he was back to his old habit. Please help!!
