I am posting this for a friend. She has had this cat for a few years now, and just recently she started pooping outside of the litterbox. Any ideas on what it could be?

Pooping outside litterbox

Has she changed litter brands? Moved the box? Been spooked in her pan? We really would need more information on her behavior. Is she sick? There are tons of possibilities. I would say to take her to the vet ASAP!

Litter brands have stayed the same, she tried moving the box, she even added another one. She isnt sick. She one hyper kitty.
I would take her to the vet. Someone else here might have more ideas as to why she is having poo problems but I haven't a clue.
