Thank you very much for all the replies. Inkie just seems to be a mischievous. I've ended up putting all of his toys in the living room when I go to sleep and just closing the bedroom door when I'm sleeping and when I'm not there. I'm going to be looking into planting kitty grass. Can I get that from any pet store?? I just need some reassurance that kitty will grow out of this. I'm also looking into getting a stratching post tower to keep him entertained. I just don't know how many more toys he needs. He has 3 to chase and 1 to paw at. I just get frustrated at times.

I think you also need a few fake mice !!! My cat loves those
! He chases them all around the house and acts like they are real !!! Is your cat an indoor-cat ? Sydney is !

Inkie, is getting a playmate (another cat) a possibility? Having a playmate, would keep your cat very busy and entertained

I would love to get another cat, but my apartment isn't big enough and I don't make enough money to properly care for two cats. He is still a kitten with a lot of energy. This is just have to take time and patience and a lot of discipline on both ours parts.

I cannot believe there is not enough room for two cats !! "Casper & Kitty" - mom will agree to that . Her appartment is also not really large-sized , but the kitties have a wonderful time with her !!!
I would most certainly try the suggestion of a playmate !
Success!

Good luck with this, I know its aggrivating sometimes. Yes you can find petgrass at many petstores, including petco/petsmart. You can find grass that is already grown as well.

Those mice toys are great (the small little ones).
And any hard plastic ball with a bell inside is great for batting around when their bored (take it away at bed time lol).
A good cat tree gives the cat(s) something to centralize themselves around. This is the one we have here, we had other scratching posts, and little cubby hole things up in Maine.

Have you seen those things that look like a doughnut and they have a ball that moves along the inside of it? I feel like a dummy that I can't think of the name of it! My cats LOVE this thing. They used to sell them on TV, but you can get them at Wal-Mart. Can someone tell us the name of this thing?
