Pics of the new dog and Sammy-a-go-go

I'm procrastinating....I don't want to study for my class, so I had a photo session instead. Thought I'd share....

Here's our newest addition, Max. He LOOKS like a beagle, but he's actually quite a big boy at 60lbs.....like a beagle on steriods LMAO

Lola, our other cat, isn't quite ready to come out of the bedroom yet, but hopefully we can include her next time!

He's so cute.
I love hounds though, and he almost looks like an English Foxhound, head is just too beagly (is that even a word? It is now).

We got Max from the local SPCA in early January, but have been taking the integration of cats and dog very slowly because Sammy is not very good with change AT ALL. When we brought home Lola, we went too quickly for him and it ended up taking 2 months to get them together. Of course, now they love each other, so we're hoping the same will be true for the cats and Max.
