Has anyone heard of or seen the Sonoma diet? Its supposed to be a lifestyle change. For the first 10 days you can have like protein and grains for breakfast, lunch is 40% protien 60% veggie, dinner is 30% Protien 20% grains, and 50% veggies. After 10 days you can add fruit and wine. It sounds good so I am going to try it. It is all about dividing your plate with food. If you have tried it or heard of it let me know!
