...love my cat..love to play with him..but those claws are killing me. Thinking bout buying those "Soft Claws" but not sure if I should, anyone use those?

Yup. We use them on Ace sometimes, although we haven't in a while. You have to clip their claws first, but if you can manage to do that, then putting on the Soft Paws isn't that hard. Usually I hold Ace while Shawn puts them on. Each one comes off the claw as the cat grooms and sheds the outside sheath.
They are really great. I would give them a try. They are fairly inexpensive and the work.
