I've been waiting for the humpday thread to come on!
It's gorgeous sunny weather here today, but still chilly. And i can't stop "air giggling" at Ryans shut up thread

Let me see. I took Lee's truck to work today and stop at the post gate shack to get a Ft. Benning decal and had to get a temp pass because they dont issues decals until 7:30.
So i have to go back up there on my lunch wait amongst all the lunch crowd, get my sticker, go get lunch, and eat it all in 45 minutes. I think I will be eating at my desk today.
The cat woke us up again this morning and was being a bad kitty.
So I had to leave her in the bathroom while Lee got his last bit of sleep before work. But I guess now its ok. I will get back with you after lunch to tell you how frustrating getting through the gate it at lunch time!

I work 10-7 EST, but that is changing to 11-8 starting next week so it will be even later now.

Got my taxes back too and now they're gone. If only I could remember what I spent them on.

It sounds like you have the same weather as we have!
I've had the cats out for a walk and even Willow joined us today - for quite a while too!
I've also cleared my front border of leaves and managed to get some ideas as to what I will be doing to make my garden beautiful for summer!

One thing I did spend money on was one of those LitterMaid's. I'm kind of glad and disappointed I got it. It's nice, but with 4 cats is way too small and I have to change the boxes every day. I think I'll be cleaning them and re-using them instead of buying like 12 more for about $13.
The next auto litter box we'll buy will definetly be a lot bigger with more waste storage.
I had a SIL call me up late yesterday morning and we went shopping!!! Bought some spring silk flowers, gourmet food items etc..... One shop the owner just received a box of dried peonies from a supplier in vermont. So pretty we bought 5 each at $2.50 each. I had thought of drying my own-something to think about. Did some networking as these are women business owners-handed out my business cards. A vendor was in one of the shoppes and could use me however she lives on the other side of Wisconsin!!! I said I'll drive and do her landscaping project. Not much sleep last night Bakker keeps waking me up so a lazy day at home!!!!!

OKay so it took an HOUR to get my decal and lunch. i had to go to the gate wait in line come back to the office go back to the gate because i forgot my work badge!!
any one of the guards could have vouched for me! i go here EVERY DAY!!
I even left 15 minutes early to go there. So i go to BK and it is super crowded so pizza it is again. i ate pizza monday. ugh. Then the gate guard i kept goign through started picking on me. But he was nice or i would have had to flip out on him!
But I GOT MY DECAL!!
Going much better then yesteday. Much Better...yesterday started off with me forgetting my cell phone AND my purse. So only 1 cup of coffee...no soda or any other source of caffeine.
Today I have my purse and the only thing is I found out the deadline for my scholarship is TODAY and not TOMORROW like I've been thinking this whole time. So I'm in a panic and hope my boss finishes up my letter of rec and that I can leave early. Shouldn't be a problem though.

Yipes. This is the day that wouldn't end for me. I'm enjoying the tail end of my lunch hour before I head back to school, then work.

I am soo serious, the next time the weather is bad I'm staying home!!!! I tried to do the right thing and come in, because I knew people were going to call off, and then I have the nerve to ask to leave ONE (only 1) hour early
