When important family issues came up a while back, I just pulled some of my sweatshirts and pants out of the dryer, and instead of taking the time to put them away properly, threw them on a rail at the top of the stairs and left them there until I got back to them about a week later. This is what I found.
Needless to say, I had to use quite a lot of the lint catcher sticky-tape before I threw all the clothing back in the wash.

I'll bet you can guess which cat had been there the most. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Someone suggested to me to collect the fur and hang it in a little mesh bag under the car to keep mice from nesting in the engine compartment. (I've had repeated problems with this, and they have chewed some of the wires.) I wonder if it would work.

Yucky! That is a LOT of fur! You COULD have a new kitten with all that fur!!
I am so glad Phenom is a light shedder.(Unless I am wearing black slacks!

Awww, don't blame it all on Purdy

Here is Chichi's favorite spot (hair, hair everywhere)

I would love to see picture of the kitty(s) the hair came from

Here is the little villain, trying to play innocent. In all likelihood, he was the one who produced 95% of that hair. He's the one who always goes around rubbing his cheeks and body on everything. He is "low man on the totem pole" in this little feline world, and maybe he feels a need to compensate by trying to claim all the furniture, furnishings, clothing, etc. How one cat can shed so much hair and still have so much left is beyond me.

Kinda makes you wish you had a spinning wheel and loom, huh? Too bad cat hair isn't anything like sheep's wool. . .
