Whatever is left in any of the bottles that my daughter decides she doesn't want to use anymore.

Very fine, short and silvery hair

3. Any other products appart from shampoo? If so what??? please be specific!

Sometimes I spike my hair if I'm going out (my husband hates it, my daughter and friends love it and I'm not sure at the age of 59 what I think - well I guess I must like it or I wouldn't do it.)
Are you back home now Fwan?

Shampoo - Clairol Herbal Essence (I alternate the scents - currently using Rain Forest Flowers)
Conditioner - I buy salon brand - Back to Basics - (I alternate the scents - currently using Vanilla Plum)
Hair Type - Long, straight, colored
Detangler - V05 Detangle & Shine

My own technique - I wash my hair, add conditioner, put it up with a big hair clip (in the shower) to allow time for the conditioner to penitrate my hair while I shower. After I rinse, I put it up in a towel for about 15 minutes (while I do my makeup). I then spritz some detangler in and then comb it out (catching all the loose hair and throwing it in the trash so it doesn't wind up all over my floor). I then blow dry. It take me an hour to get ready!!!!

Shampoo- I'm using Avon Shampoo right now, but I have used the Pantene Brunette Expressions for darker browns and I loved it! it gave me nice reddish highlights. I don't use conditioner very often, maybe 2x a week, my hair, like my skin is very oil-prone. I can't go one day without washing it because it gets all greasy- yuck!! I'm plannig on trying Dove shampoos and conditioners when what I have runs out

i have long hair, about half-way down my back, slightly wavy, naturally very dark brown, used to highlight it blonde, but I'm not one to go to the salon and since I divorced my hairdresser's brother, well ya know. It's layered and I grew my bangs out last year. I actually like my hair a lot.

As for other products, the only thing I use is a curling gel/creme to plump up my waves and smooth it out- in other words if I don't use gel i have flyaway strands. I hardly ever blow dry, I'm an air dryer
i think i spend 5 minutes on my hair everyday and that includes wash time

My hair is very curly and thick, although not as bad as it used to be (I had the white girl 'fro going on!). It's also mouse brown, which I highlight blonde, which does well for it - gives it texture and some dimension. It's also in longer layers, a bit longer than my shoulders.

Right now I am really liking the Brilliant Brunette shampoo and conditioner. I also like JASON organic conditioner ONLY. The shampoo you have to use twice and it doesn't clean well. I'll alternate though between expensive stuff and cheaper stuff...sometimes I use my husband's Pert Plus. Rare is the day when I don't use conditioner, since I can't comb through it easily without it.

I use Aveda's Be Curly balm on my hair after it's been towel dried. I apply it, then comb it out, and then let it be. I never blow dry it - it HATES it.

I think my long hair cat has better hair than I do, but I don't mind my hair. It's a lot better now as I age.

I use Frederic Fekkai conditioner every time I wash (about 3 times a week) and deep condition with a FF deep conditioner about once a week.

Shampoo - My favorites are Biolage Hydrating and Matrix Smooth and Sleek. (right now I'm using Biolage Volumizing, but it makes my hair a little more staticky than I like)

Type of Hair - Thin blonde hair, never dyed/highlighted, a bit longer than shoulder length with long bangs (Fwan, I also tend to have really bad static/fly aways...if you can find either of the shampoos I mentioned above, they work better than any I've found for that problem). I guess you could say I have straight hair, but I still have to use a flat iron to make it straight enough to look nice.

Other Products - Thermasilk Straigh and Smooth Leave In Cream; Hair Benders International Fine Line Volumizing Muscle Mousse; Infusium 23 Spray Leave In Conditioner; Suave Pump Light Hold Hair Spray; Paul Mitchel Flat Iron with ceramic plates
- I don't use them all every day b/c it would take way too long. On most days I just use the Thermasilk creme and my flat iron!

The cats house, we just pay the mortgage..
I use either Sunsilk shampoo and conditioner or Toni and Guy, at the minute its Toni and Guy I love it.
I have very long hair and its slightly damaged from heat and dye so I have to be careful what I do. Its straight but I curl it sometimes and if I left it to dry on its own its a frizzy mess.
I use GHD Angel Tears for sleekness or their heat protecting oil usually, since I always use my GHD straighteners on it and they get soooo hot.

I use Catwalk Fashionista or Curls Rock shampoo and conditioner.
I have thick, wavy hair that is colored red, but still in pretty good condition.
I use Catwalk Maxxed Out harispray, and Redken Smooth Down for the occasional frizzies.
I am lucky that the stylists where I work will do my hair for me almost every day because I constantly work on their shoulders and arms.

1.What shampoo do you use? John Frieda, "Radiant Red" shampoo & conditioner

2. What type of hair do you have? Naturally curly (spirals), thick, course & grows like a weed. Naturally red but I do color it when I get bored.

3. Any other products appart from shampoo? If so what??? please be specific! Curls Up gel by Bed Head (I think) and Suave hairspray.

I also put olive oil & mayonnaise in my hair once a week for moisterization, also been known to crush avacados & egg yolks & put it up there.

1.What shampoo do you use? I alternate with John Frieda Brilliant Brunette and Garnier Fructis and I use Paul Mitchell leave in conditioner and Neutrogena Deep Recovery Mask conditioner once a week, I just love the smell of this stuff!

2. What type of hair do you have? brown, thick hair and it's half way down my back

3. Any other products appart from shampoo? If so what??? please be specific! I use Pantene's Pro V daily renewal treatment, it's a leave in spray and very little hair spray, I don't like much hair spray or other styling products. I sometimes use a straightner iron or a spiral curling iron and that's about it!

1.What shampoo do you use?

I've been using Nexxus Humectress, but recently am trying to go organic and bought JASON jojoba oil shampoo & conditioner, although I can't get used to it, expecially the shampoo.

2. What type of hair do you have?

I would say fine wavy to curly color treated (fried) hair that I have to heat style every day. I have very fine hair but there is a TON of it, and it's a pain to style because it always wants to do it's own thing or it falls flat..

3. Any other products appart from shampoo? If so what??? please be specific!

I use conditioner religiously. As far as anything else, occasionally I'll use hairspray or whatever, but not often at all. I used to deep condition weekly but found that it did more harm then good because my hair would be weighed down.

Fran, you have great hair, so I doubt that the shampoo or conditioner you use makes a big difference. Have you tried the Fructis stuff? It's moderately priced, and doesn't dry hair too much. One terrific (and relatively expensive) product line here is Gühl. The Lidl line isn't bad, either. Ditto Nivea. My hairdresser told me that it's best to alternate, so that's what I do. I have extremely thick, very curly hair (both times you've seen me it was cut short, and blown dry) that has gone from bright red to strawberry blond to auburn to its current light brown.

I used Mane & Tail shampoo and conditioner.
Orginally they were horse grooming products, now marketed for people.

I have thick hair shaft, heavy hair.
Think Asian, or Native American hair type.
