Is it muscle pain? or like a strain? spasm? Try adding some potassium to your diet. Bananas are rich in it.

It's just an ache in my lower back whenever I move. Probably some kind of a strain since it happens every month or so. Maybe from lifting or something like that. Once in a great while it gets so bad that I can't even move.

Have you checked a doctor for that? My boyfriend lives with constant back pain and his is related to nerve damage. He use to have back spasms and such until he was put onto Nartipolin (sp?).

Hope Tara is feeling better!

It's certainly more exciting and now it takes two of us to get them all to bed since we can only carry two each.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you first joined you only had one kitty right? How on earth did you wind up with 4? ( not that that's a bad thing
)
I only have 2 now, and they are very far apart in age--- I could'nt imagine 4 furkids running around
Do you and Tara actually get to sleep on the bed
or do they take it over?

We got two males at first that were sitting in a cage at our local pet store. Then an ad came out in the paper for free kittens (which the woman rescued them the day they were going to be killed by shelter
) so we went to look at them. I thought we would only end up with one girl, but came home with two!

At night we usually lay in bed and watch TV and the kittens all cuddle on or under the bed for a while. Then we put them in a spare bedroom that we have. They have their food, boxes and lots of toys in there. We also keep a little light on and the radio on low for them all night. We've tried to keep the two out when we had them and we didn't get ANY sleep.
