Hey everybody, how you doing?

Alright here, drowsy and hungry. Finally got home last night and took some PM pain medicine because my lower back was killing me. I fell asleep pretty quick and then Tara woke me up sometime in the middle of the night throwing up. I don't know how she got sick, probably something she ate.

Have a great Tuesday everybody!

But I dont get to go home. I have to go to the tag office and get tags for the car and the truck. Boo. No fun. Plus it is an hours drive atleast from where I work. And i will be getting there about the time the high school kids get out and there will be tons of traffic!! Yuck. Small town but lots of county kids there in the afternoons!

I bet she shook me until I woke up. I kind of remember her telling me she was sick, then I rolled back over and then got up and turned the TV off since I couldn't find the remote, then I didn't wake up again until the alarm went off.

I will have to try that the next time I get sick. Make him go get me a wet washcloth isntead of me having to go down stairs, fight off the cat, and get it myself. And a sprite to settle my stomach.

I'm never sick.

Actually I was sick a couple of months ago and she took great care of me.

She has to work tonight so I hope she feels better by then, I think it was just something she ate so she should be alright.

We've been pretty lucky this year. We do take Vitamin C and a multivitamin every night before we go to bed though, so that helps a lot probably.

I still get colds though and those are bad enough.

Its sunny but cold. Can't seem to warm up-will put on more clothes. I was going to go to "work" at the mgmt consultant's office today to continue putting my business plan together but probably not!!!! I think I will make a cup of tea.
If your lower back hurts Try sleeping with a pillow under your knees. It takes that pressure off your back. Works for me!! Or if you have access to a whirlpool tub. With my new line of work I have gotten lower back pain and our whirlpool bathtub is a lifesaver!!! (we have a pretty fancy one)

I love our jacuzzi tub! I get really bad stomach cramps and the hot water and the jets are the only thing that do the trick. It sounds like it would work for your back to. If not they make therma-care heat wraps for your back. I love them! they work really well!

Luckily I only rarely get these pains. I don't know what causes them but they go away in a couple of days. I'll look for a heat wrap or something since we don't have a jacuzzi tub.

Thermacare makes stick on heating pads for various body parts. They work well.
