Anyone experiencing problems with the forums?

I know there are some posts that seem to be lost, and every so often there is a bit of lag, but is anyone else finding any problems being here?

Nope - the lag you mention is there, especially on submitting posts, or quick-reply, but it's not too bad. Everything else is great! Thanks again!

I agree - just a little lag on the replies - but thats all that I've noticed!

I agree also...although its certainly faster than it was few days ago.

This is the first time I've been able to get on for a week or so, but it's working okay for me now...

Everything is fine here. I do notice a lag. Sometimes its almost normal. Then a few minutes later the lag slow ,loading is really bad. And I have cable .

Umm, update: Okay actually I couldn't connect to the server for TCS a minute ago. It only lasted about 30 seconds though. Also, TCS within the past 5 minutes has been a little slower again. Nothing that bad though. Just thought I'd mention it.

Yes, I've noticed she's a bit sluggish lately, especially the reply window and the extra smilies. Oh well, no hurry here.

It is a bit slow. There is definitely a page loading lag.

I have been having problems. Last night it just stopped working for me. It said that the page is unavailable. I refreshed it every 3ish minutes for 15 minutes or so. I gave up and today it was fine. It did it to me once around noon (cst) but came back in a few minutes.

there's a lag in posting and opening posts. i tried to edit one of my posts, but the page got stuck.

Yesterday when I tried to post a reply, it hung and I eventually got a server not found message, after that, I could not access tcs forums at all.

Since the downtime, I am getting notification of new messages in threads I am subscribed to on an irregular basis. I am finding new notes in a number of threads I am subscribed to, just by accident.

I am having a very hard time posting replies. A few minutes ago I was responding to a post in NCOTB and twice I hit submit and got the "Page Cannot be Displayed" error. I was finally able to get it to post on the third try, but it was extremely slow.

This is much better than last week though

Thank you all for the hard work getting the site up and running again. Your work definately does not go unnoticed or unappreciated!

Occasionally when I hit the "go to last post" button, it brings me to the TCS home. It will keep happening on a particular thread until someone else posts. I have emptied my browser cache numerous times, just in case it would make a difference, but it didn't.

An example of the current slowness is, it takes a long time, when adding smilies to a post....
for the "more smiles page" to load.
