Rex back home but need your vibes

Rex guardians picked him up today. They told me he was missing for a year. I don't know if I believe them or not. Sheesh, like his old home is two houses down the block and he has been hanging around the neighborhood. How could they possibly missed him???
Anyway, his back leg is twisted out of place, he has scratches and bruises. I do hope they take better care of the poor boy. I advised them strongly to neuter him. I am praying for him and could you send some good vibes too?

who lets her 3 cats roam, but won't admit
one of her cats is nailing someone elses...
