Cat Urination Problem

My 9 year old siamese has been spayed since he was five months old, but recently he has been urinating in one certain place in my house. I do not know if it is behavioral or a health issue. He only urinates in this one location. He still uses he litter box most of the time and he never has had a bowl movement out of the litter box.
Once in a while he throws up his food undigested. It happens maybe once every two weeks.
I am taking him to the vet today.
Does anyone have any suggestions for what is causing this.

He also has slightly ruffled fur.

I'd get him checked by a vet, he could have a UTI.

I agree with stormy also did you change the litter brand
