I'm going there tonight after rush hour to get myself something pretty to wear tomorrow. I have walked past the store, and from what I've seen, they have some cool clothes! I can't wait! Does anyone else ever shop there? Do you like it?

I've never heard of Torrid, so I checked it out and the stuff looks great! The clothes aren't my size, but both the threads and models are gorgeous nonetheless.

The smaller size store is Hot Topic. I love their clothes but I have too much junk in the trunk!
Figures... We don't have Hot Topic in Canada (even here in Toronto!), but I used to like those kinds of clothes. I have a number of Emily the Strange T's and a hoodie.
I hope you find something nice at Torrid. I noticed they have Baby Phat threads, which I would love!

I like Torrid's T-shirts but find them too expensive. The only things that I have bought there have been earrings.

Huh, well Torrid sucks...J/K...but I went in there and they had like this fan blowing cold air all over, my hair was flying all over the place and they didn't have any good clothes either....so I went all around the mall and didn't find anything, and then went to Kohl's and Walmart and again, nothing, but I bought a pair of earrings....sigh....I wish I was a size three, then I could find lots of cool stuff!!
Don't be tough on yourself -- women of all sizes have body image issues.
How about checking out eBay? As you mentioned, they do sell a lot of different brands there.

Yeah, I'll probably do that, but I wanted something new for tomorrow night....Back to the closet I guess....once the weather gets nicer I'll be walking again...

YAY! Did they have good sales? I want to go shopping so bad, but I told myself NO...you CANT go...you have a miniature store in your bedroom already!

I didn't stay long enough to look for sales, too dangerous! I just went in to see if they had a snowmoblie shirt like the snowboarding one you got (they didn't) but I saw the dog undies and thought they should have cat ones too!

Awww, really? Thats no good that they didn't have one - mine is snowboarding - I love their little t's I think they are so cute, they have SO many different kinds of them too!
