I started feeding my Bob wet food twice a day. At the time Freckles wasn't interested in wet food (they have dry down all day). I've since found out the Freckles will eat tuna flavored wet food, so I feed him that when Bob gets fed. Lately I noticed that Bob has been stealing Freckles food, even when they both get tuna (Bob is more willing to eat chicken and other flavors, so I mix it up for him). Bob is twice the size of Freckles (he's a Maine Coon mix) and Freckles is very submissive. Should I be feeding them apart?

Try feeding him seperatly. Your bigger cat is probably just trying to establish domance. Is your bigger kittie finishing his food first maybe and wants more?

I have the same situation with my 2 girls
! Maggie May always finishes her food first then shoves ther head into Jazz's bowl, Jazz just steps aside and lets her take her food.
Now I feed Jazz in the kitchen and Maggie May in the living room. When Maggie is done she heads for the kitchen, but i pull out my trusty cat brush and brush her, so Jazz can eat in peace.

Hope this helps.

Acutally, sometimes he'll take a bite out of his food then head for Freckles' bowl. I'm going to feed them in separate rooms tonight and see what happens.

ENGLAND... LAND OF HOPE AND GLORY!
Another one here who has the same problem.

They both get their wet food at the same time, but i spotted Sophie one day eating hers one minute then leaving it and pushing her way in on Rosie while she ate, who just lets her btw!!, then Rosie leaves letting Sophie lick her bowl clean, then she goes back to her own bowl and finishes hers off!

Now i sit and watch them eat to make sure she doesn't take Rosies, and i'm sure Sophie knows that i am because she keeps looking up at me in between eating
