hey I'm new

well one of our cats is pregnant and I'm not real sure if she will have them tonight, anyway just thought I'd ask... she's been moody, biting and scratching me. she's very tired and I feel her stomach and she gets angry, and kitties are moving a lot. I dunno if Cemeterrian will have them tonight. do you think she will? and she's pretty big... her last litter was in September I think. lol *adds up* we had 13 kittens all together from the 3 female cats we own 3 months ago :O but yah, is she gonna have them? tehe I can't wait.

No one can really tell you if she is going to have kittens today. Not without seeing her first and now without being qualified to be able to tell you. Prior to birthing, momcats get restless. They nest, they can tear up paper, they will either eat, or they won't. It isn't an established pattern that every cat routinely follows. If there are complications it can get sticky quite quickly. Has your vet seen this cat? Is she inside now? She needs to stay inside after the kittens are here, because she will go into heat and want to mate again. If your vet hasn't seen her, your vet should. If he has seen her then he would have been able to give you his best guess as to when she is due. Have his number ready just in case- and please, after the kittens are weaned, get momcat spayed.

Welcome to TCS....as Hissy stated, now would be a good time to have your cat be indoors only. Have you set up a nesting box so she will be comfortable and given her a quite space so she won't be disturbed?

Hi and welcome to TCS.

Which State are you in? I can find some resources for you for low cost spay and neuter vets if you like.

Has the mumcat lost her plug yet? Is there a little pinkish/clear discharge?
