He would love to see you too You would be greated with lots of cougar purrrs and chirps. When I say chirps, you can't believe that such a birld like sound could come out of such a big cat

Oh, he is a huge tease. He gives you that cute look, but as soon as I go in with him, he gets up and walks away. Like hahaha, you can't pet my belly and I know you want to

Thank you Watch closely as I add more pictures. The warm weather will be here soon, so you will see them change in appearance. The bobcats, especially Amber and Nakoma, will get their beautiful orange summer coat. Boris is a "blue" bobcat, so he goes from a brown in the winter, to more of a grey, with hints of orange, in the summer. They also take on a thinner appearance, as they drop some weight to stay cool in the hot weather. The orange on Boris is near his back legs and rear. My wife and I say look, he has his orange summer pajama pants on I know, silly, but what can I say. Our cats make all of us silly

Amber will let me when she says it's ok. Boris, he can be a little stubborn at times, as if to say, I am a big boy now, cut that out But I can always get a good face full of bobcat fur from him With Nakoma, I would love to snuggle with him, but he won't let you do that. Now with Carmelo, I could hug, cuddle and kiss him all day long and he wouldn't mind one bit. He even loves kisses full on the mouth and nose.
When they get their summer coats, I will post side by side pictures, so you can see how different they look from summer to winter.

Thank you I always feel so good when other people notice. I work very hard at making sure they are well cared for. With Nakoma, he may not be like Amber, Boris or Carmelo, where he likes to be held or cuddled, but you see it in his face and when he gives me those long slow eye squinches. He may not ever get to understand or feel the loving touch of a caring human's hand, but I know he is happy here and those eye blinks are his big thank you to us. As I write this, he is enjoying some more nap time in the sun

And of course Carmelo the little baby. His face seems to be maturing, losing the baby look slowly. But I'm sure he'll continue to be your loving baby for a long long time. I do hope he's able to come live with you again instead of being separated from the people who love him and whom he loves.

Yes, he is getting that big cougar boy face, but I can still see the little cub in his eyes. He will always be our "little cub" as my wife calls him, no matter how big he gets and our love for him will just get stronger. Speaking of Carmelo, I wll be spending the whole day with him again tomorrow

Yes she does, but we don't always get to go together, due to our schedules. In fact, she is going to be with him on Wednesday

Ooooooooooooh i'd love that!!!!

I spent the day with Carmelo today I gave him plenty of from everyone here. But, the hardest part was leaving, as always. Now, all I can do is think about him and those wonderful purrs and hugs he gave me today. God, I miss being with him every day. At times, like now when I am the only one awake in the house, I miss him so much, it hurts

Wow! You are so lucky to have such beautiful big cats! I would give anything to own a bobcat! My neighbor had one that got caught in a trap in the wild, and he raised it from a kitten inside the house and he was a awsome pet I think. I used to walk to his house when I was a kid just to see him and pet him. If I knew a breeder I would love to buy one (of course after more research of how to care for one).
