Yes, Tommy is pretty round
I don't leave food out all day either. No matter what we try, we just can't get him to drop a little of that weight.

Well, he had to settle for my company, unless he got a secret stash of money that I don't know about

Here... or There... Hmmm
Yeah!! New pics!! Lil Roar is such a doll!
I just loved all the pictures! Boris' fur is really fluffy on his face, or maybe it's just the angle. Does he fill out more in the winter too?

Yes, bobcats do fill out and gain weight in the winter. Nakoma, since he is outside all the time, gains about 5 or more pounds for the winter. They lose the weight once it starts to get warm. In fact, if it is to hot in the summer, they won't even eat. These northern bobcats hate the summer heat and love this cold weather. The fur along side their face is what we call a beard. Bobcats and lynx all have this trait. As they mature, this beard gets fuller as well.

Heya! I'm new online and Karmasmom told me to hti up your site! Glad to see someone is hangin' out wit the big kitties! I think I'm in love with Carmelo. What a beauty of a cat!

My miss mina is a small 18 year old striped tabby with a white chest and a white star on her face. She has huge eyes and six toes on each paw! Pictures as soon as I can learn how to use a digital cam.

Actually, both Beja and Deja are girls, I don't think I ever mentioned that
Yes, cougars do have very long tails. It always amazes me that they can hold it up

I have to agree

I love polydactyl cats. Our Pixie Bob Aurora has extra toes on all 4 feet as well

They are all beautiful, but Amber is the most stunning cat I've ever seen.
When I was little we lived shall we say in "The Sticks" and one Sunday afternoon my Dad looked out the kitchen window and saw a bobcat in our backyard.
I didn't know it was a bobcat, I just thought it was a really big house cat and I wanted to go outside and get it and bring it in.
My Dad told me that it was a bobcat and I had to leave it outside.
From that day I have been in love with bobcats, such beautiful creatures.

Even though I share my life with these wonderful cats, I would love to see a bobcat and cougar out in the wild. I just love these cats, as I am sure all of you can tell by now
I bought a new digital camera, so as soon as I get used to it, I will be able to post more up to date pictures. I need to get some of Nakoma, I haven't posted any of him in a while. He is awesome in the snow
I want to post some of our new rescue kitten too (domestic). He was found hiding under my car during a snow storm we were having.

IA. If you need me, just meow..
As always, stunning pictures of your cats!
My husband wants to get an exotic but I know we neither have the time nor the finances for one at this point in our lives so that's on the back burner right now. He keeps saying he wants a Serval cat, but like I said, no time or money keeps that dream of his on the back burner.
