Accidents

I work for a law firm and we take auto accidents, there are SEVERAL every day! Just amazes me! I was just curious to how many wrecks you've been in your lifetime...whether it be your fault or not!

I've been 3, one was my fault.

Zero here!

I work in a Collision Center - and believe me - I see about 10 + come in everyday! This week we had 35 scheduled repairs - now THATS a lot of accidents!!

I've had 2. First one was a fender bender. I rear-ended somebody, which turned out to be a woman I knew. She worked for a lawyer and was able to talk the policeman out of giving me a ticket.

Second one I rolled the Integra going about 70 down the highway. I swirved to miss a blown semi tire that was right in the middle of the wet road. Last time I'll ever swirve for anything.

8 thousand dollars later the Integra was as good as new, but now it doesn't run again.

I was involved in 1 accident (wasn't driving) we were rear ended at a stoplight, and 1 incident. A snow plow pulled out infront of me on the 400 series highway while I was doing 110km/hr (he didn't see me, he had the blade up and was pulling out of the U turn area). I didn't hit him or damage the car (amazingly!) but the car did 2 360's in the middle of the highway and I stopped facing the wrong way. I was very lucky!

I've had let's see 6 or 7. I had a couple back when I was a teen and just was not a very good driver. But I went a long period of time with no problem, then bought my current car. I think there is a giant magnetic on the back of it that causes people to rear end me. I've been hit 5 times in the last three years.

Umm Hello People, Big Red SUV here. You'd think they'd notice me sitting there. Four were been either at stop lights or stop signs where I had been sitting there for several minutes. The fifth time was in rush hour.

As soon as this car is paid off, I'm buying a different one hopefully that will stop the cycle.

I have been in a total of one car accident. I was 16yrs old and my friend was driving, when another teenager ran into the back of us.

well, i have 5+, but the ones that were my fault were all before i was 20. since then, i've had people hit me, but i haven't hit anyone...

I backed into my dad's car coming out the driveway about 3 days after I got my license...there was no damage to either car since I was going 5mph tops, but...does that count?

I have had countless accidents in the past twenty years but only 3 were serious. One of which was my fault. All but one of my collisions were on the job, I was a driver. The one that I had in my personal vehicle was The worst. Hubs and I were rearended and slammed into the car in front of us totalling my 4 week old car.

I have been in 5 accidents....However I was not the driver in any of them....

I've had two,first one was skidded on a oily patch on the road while riding my motorbike,ended up rear endig an articulated truck stopped at traffic signals,no damage to vehicles,i ended up underneath it with (luckily)only a sore butt.

second one, drive chain snapped and locked round rear wheel of motorbike,i went over handlebars,i am only here now because of the quick reactions of the lady driver who was driving behind me.she missed running over me by a whisker.

so gave up motorbikes,now drive a car ,13 years with(touch wood) no accidents

One, I was 16 and a guy ran a red light and hit me. I got the ticket though cuz the cop was a pooh head! Killed my $75 car!

Ugh, auto accidents are terrible. We are all lucky to survive them, even the minor ones.
I've had 3. One was 2 weeks after I got my license. I was on the interstate and had a front tire blow out. That was great fun. Totalled the car, but I walked away with nothing more than a few sore muscles the next day.
The other two times I was rear-ended.

By people who weren't paying a bit of attention to what they were doing. The first time, the driver at fault tried to blame ME for it!! Hello, I was stopped at a RED LIGHT!!
