I just got the Feliway spray yesterday and only used it once so far, as it says to use it once daily. It has definitely helped the urination problems so far, now the kittens are playing again and terrorizing my house! I feel like Gremlins have destroyed my house. Feliway works just the way it says it does, it has helped so they aren't stressed and have started playing again after three weeks of being pretty mellow kittens. Now to decide which is worse cleaning up after urination spots every day, or cleaning up the mess made by six kittens running through my house knocking over things, etc. every day.

I would say that peeing is so much worse! They will outgrow the kitten rowdiness in time, but the habit of peeing inappropriately is hard to break if you let it go on.

I do feel for you in having six kittens inside! I often wonder why people want to adopt a kitten, since once they are about 1-1/2 years old, they get so much more mellow! My main wild child is little Blue, who has been adopted and will go to her forever home saturday. I will miss her a LOT, but she is going to a great home. And I won't miss her wild side. Her sister Jasmine is a little too shy, but she is not such a mess maker as Blue!

I have to wait 'til they are a year and half before they quit terrorizing my house? I thought when they were a year old they would mellow out. It's going to be a long stressful year for me!! I'm glad I found this forum for support!

They are just being kittens. Mine have found a new playground, the top of my computer desk.

I know they're just being kittens, but sometimes I'm not in the mood for cleaning up a mess, and other times I think it's cute, and funny. I don't always have the time to clean the house after they've ran through it for two hours straight, usually when I'm sleeping.

My two did not get out of that phase until they turned 6 years of age. Now, they are incredibly lazy and I love it.

They are just burning off energy!

Just try to make sure any valuables are not able to be knocked down and then just don't worry about it! The more you clean it up, the more they'll knock it down.

Growl at them if they are somewhere they shouldn't be and hopefully they will settle down.

Yeah, that's the truth. It's like they like my house to be a mess, everytime I clean something up, they mess it up again.
