I usually try to switch up my morning routine with Seth, but it usually involves either having a playtime, feeding her canned food, or me eating breakfast (which is rare to come first compared to the other two). So this morning, I was so hungry! When I came out of the bedroom, Seth was purring and rubbing me like crazy, and I petted her for a bit. She gets a bit obsessive with it, and won't let me walk any further because she keeps circling me.

I eventually made it to the kitchen
, and got out a snack for myself and walked towards the living room to sit down. She continued to block me, and then grabbed my leg and bit me hard!!! I have teeth marks on my leg! She barely broke the skin, but it hurts!

Has anyone else experienced this? Is she trying to be dominant with me, or is she just being impatient about playtime and her morning meal?

I guess I am slightly luckier then. I'm allowed to go to the loo before dishing out breakfast!

lol
I'm glad this isn't that abnormal.

She's acting pretty mad at me now --I'm guessing because I yelled "owww!" and ignored her for 20 minutes before feeding or playing with her. She acts like I'm a horrible mommy!
Of course she waited until she got her food to act mad at me!

I love the way she waited to get her food before getting annoyed!

I wonder if Meowmy has leaned not to get food first now?!!

Yes i have definitely learned my lesson!
she's in quite a foul mood today after all of this. She's been rampaging through the house, raising her hair on her back when I approach her in the hallway, and sprinting back and forth.
She really cracks me up!

The little girl got her breakfast first this morning, and she's quite happy! What a stinker!

You know who's boss! How dare you make royalty wait!

If I dont feed Smidge fast enough she taps me on the leg a few times firmly, like she's saying "Hey Lady! You forgot something!"

She has me v. well trained.
