Is there any discharge from their eyes or noses? If not, than I would expect that it will be just a regular sneeze (or dust as your husband suggests!! )

Seriously, there is no discharge from eyes or nose but they do get eye bogeys. I asked the vet about the eye bogeys but he says this is normal because they have slightly flat faces like persians
