River dogs

This is Willy's first river trip. Lucy absolutly loves the water, we had to toss Willy in to even get him to try it. He would just stand at the bank and bark at us, like what are you doing!!?? Finally my dad just picked him up and threw him in

Don't worry my dad walked/waded into the water and kinda tossed him in. He was barking at us from the shore for like a half hour! Everyone was in, swimming, and we all came to the shore to try to get him to come in and he would back up and bark even more. so finally my dad came ashore and got hold of him and brough him out where we were swimming and tossed him in. The pic of him in the weeds is when he was swimming back in. He swan back in pretty quick and shook off, he then again stood on the shore barking at us, so we kept coaxing him saying, come on you were already in here,after about 5 minutes of reassurance he leaped in, splashed around, and finally got his doggy-paddle together. That was it, he was water dog after that! If you were swimming by him, and he would get tired, he would try to climb on your lap, in the water!!!! It was hilarious!!!! I can't wait until this years trip, I will try to stay out of the water more so I can get some more pics.
