I read that story on our local news website...was thinking about posting it as well! Cute story!

Aww.. that's a cute story! I have two hamsters myself, so I don't really like the idea of feeding them to snakes.. they're so adorable!

Yeah, Aochan is just waiting to get a little bigger... I had a little snake and a big toad once in the same bucket...yeah, that didn't last long...

I saw that story too and thought, that is cute, but someday when the snake gets a little hungry or in a bad mood... Gohan will become what his name means!!!

I'd separate them... put them in separate glass cages... that way they could still see each other, but, the threat of waking up one morning and finding a huge lump in the snake's belly and finding Gohan 'gone' wouldn't be an issue.

I saw that story too...I wonder if the snake will change it's mind one day
