So it's Friday and I couldn't be happier.

Or maybe I could...

Our servers are going to be down for the entire day and we have access to no information but we still have to take calls. Should make for an interesting day.

Ours has been crashing, all week long. Isn't it wonderful to hear, "I've been waiting on hold for over an hour and you say you can't help me?"

I hear ya. My whole check is pretty much going to bills this week.

I'll be at home doing stuff around the house too.

The cats house, we just pay the mortgage..
We've had computer problems for 2 weeks. Not just our office, the whole Social Work department has been in and out and in and out we get in and start work and realise nothing is saving! Then we get told to log out and then sit there for hours! Basically everything we do is on the computer.

Yesterday, I had to reboot 12 TIMES. My system didn't work properly until around 4:00 P.M. Despite the system issues, we're still being pressured to resolve a certain number of calls AND make sales attempts. What good does it do, to make a sales attempt, when my ordering system doesn't work?

"Oh, gee, I'm so sorry. I can't sell you this product after all - my system is broken."

The frustration level has been very high and I'm surprised that more people haven't just walked off of the job.

Most people are happy on payday, not me. I get depressed because it just reminds me how poor I am
I'll have literally $40 to last 2 weeks after I pay all the bills....

You have more than I do at this point.

It doesn't help that I pay $290 per month for my Integra that just sits there.

I really should sell it.
