Foster Homes For Cats

I was wondering if anybody new if there is such a thing as a temporary foster home for cats. I have got to move in a few weeks and while i'm inbetween homes i wanted to know if there was anywhere for my two girls to stay at just for about four weeks. I'd be really grateful for any info anybody has.

I am unaware of anything along those lines....sometimes you can board your cats at the vet office. I would check with friends and families to see if they would be willing to care for your cats while you move.

i so appreciate reading that you are taking such steps to "home" your cats while you are in the process of moving. i read posts in other forums where people are trying to get rid of their cats simply because they are moving and don't want to take them along. bravo to you and god bless...

That is my advice too if the cats are not feral ones you fostering them... If they feral you want of course somebody who know how to do.

Still, this is a good suggestion. The keeper dont have to overdone the socializing if she dont want...

Do promise some payment + of course food and catlitter so it will be easier to ask...
If you dont have the money, try to trade in your help with something as compensation.
