wrapped around my cat's little paw
My cat was just spayed and I was hoping someone could tell me what's normal behavior/eating habits/etc. and what to look out for and any sort of advice for caring for my baby. Thanks!

Sorry I didn't see the rest of your question. Monitor your cats incision everyday. If she has stitches that you can see count them and make sure none of them go missing. Make sure there is no heat, pain, swelling or discharge at the surgery site. If the vet gave you a plastic collar to put on her use it as directed and keep it on whenever you are unable to supervise her. Incisions get itchy after a few days so even though she might not be bothering it now, she might once it starts to get itchy. If you cant' get her to kep the collar on you cat make her a "bodysuit" with a large sock. Just cut holes for her head, and legs and make sure it covers her incision. Try tjo keep her as quiet as possible for the first 2-3 days post op. This will decrease the risk of internal bleeding.
