Stray or owned?

I see a really gorgeous black and grey DLH outside my house alot she has been having intercourse with a orange tabby on my block, we believe that she has gotten herself pregnant and want to catch her with a live trap but we don't know if she is owned or a stray I have never seen this cat up until about a month ago but we have some new neighbors what do you think I should do?

I say trap and fix! If they aren't going to take responsibility for this cat, then there's no reason you shouldn't! If anything they got a free spay job!

I would also trap her and take her to be spayed. Poor thing doesn't need to be having kittens outdoors.

I would trap her and put a found ad in the paper. If the owners call tell them they need to keep the cat inside and get it spayed.
