How about Bundle? or Parcel? I am leaning toward bundle because she is a bundle of colors.

Bundle sounds great -- what a little sweetheart. It's incomprehensible how anyone could PART with such a little doll, let alone in that callous fashion.
Never mind, little sweetie, you are in good hands now.

What about Tuppence? As well as penny blacks the first stamps had tuppence (Two pence) reds - and she is calico! What a beautiful little girl.

I got her at this morning, she came all bundled up in the mail carrier's jacket. I just put Mercedes upstairs with her, because she was so distraught. They are close in age. She is quiet now, I hope they are snuggling

Stupid people. Stupid, stupid!
Will they never learn that animals are not disposable items? I just don't get it!

I'm so glad that they called you and she is safe now, MA. She is beautiful, but I'm a little bit partial to those calicos!

Bundle is a perfect name!

She is just beautiful!! I don't understand how anyone could look at a precious, living creature and just throw it in the trash.
I really thought humans needed to have a heart in order to live.

She's in great hands now, and warm and safe. Probably the first time in her short life that she's had that kind of security, even if she doesn't know it yet.

Whooo Hooo! I managed to find her a home!! She is going home with a vet tech who flipped for her (and who wouldn't). Mr. Velcro's owner- remember him? She took this little Bundle from me, paid for the vet visit and sent me home with empty arms and a glad heart!

She is a beautiful bundle of fur.How people can do that to one of God's creatures, I'll NEVER understand.
I'm thankful she has a forever home. And glad that you came into her life even if only for a short time.It was your love and devotion to her, that helped her find her home.Bless you.

I am sad though, because she is so insecure now. And I wonder about all the other kittens and cats and puppies in garbage cans and dumpsters that people don't hear.

Mr Velcro
I am just reading this entire thread, but had to stop here (of course!). I thought this little girl looked just gorgeous, and special, and now I can rejoice that she is going to a special home.

I still miss Mr. Velcro - such a special kitty. So is she I suspect, certainly, after all, she is one lucky girl! I think a 'special delivery' for sure
