Okay, so maybe I have food on the brain right now... but I was thinking about waffles.... yum! and was wondering what people's favorite kinds were... or weren't... if you don't like them.

I like fresh waffles with pecans and butter and just a little bit of real maple syrup... mmmmmmm

A warm Belgian Waffle with 4 or 5 chocolate chips and some real butter and real maple syrup.

I like either blueberry waffles or waffles covered in cinnamon apples and whipped cream!

Eeeeeeeew........
If you don't want to be stereotyped as a typical 13-year-old, I suggest you don't post things like that.

Actually, while I don't like quite so much chocolate, I like waffles with chocolate chips too!

Actually, I am fourteen now.
Well, i really don't like chocolate unless it is melted, and i dont eat it except on waffles or in milk. So you think other people my age eat like i do?
That's a good one.

In fairness, I think it would take a bit more than that to cause one to be stereotyped as a typical teeny-bopper.

Personally, I love blueberry waffles with Earth Balance margarine and real maple syrup. That's what I had for lunch today, actually.

Making waffles in the waffle iron is way-time-consuming & messy.

Therefore I vote for Eggo waffles. The frozen kind. With lots of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter & a boatload of maple syrup.

I'm domesticated & I can cook and all, but IMHO when it's morning & the coffee's not kicked in yet, messing with that waffle iron is about as much fun as refinishing a floor.

Real waffles, no frozen. Preferably Belgian, but that's not necessary. So I'd say blueberry, or pecan (pecans in the batter), or a plain Belgian waffle topped with strawberries and whipped cream.

How timely I had some buttermilk left so I whipped up a batch on Saturday morning. It doesn't really take that long. The only really good toppings are warmed "real" maple syrup with melted butter in the syrup!!! But I bet my homemade raspberry sauce (just raspberrues cooked then strained the seeds out)would be good with butter too. I'll have to try that next time I make a batch. My waffle iron is non stick so really easy to use!!

My favorite are homemade waffles, with butter and a little cinnamon and sugar, yummy!

Sorry i just looked it up, the waffles in germany the already packaged ones are far too sweet for me to eat, My best friend in australia her grandmother used to make them and spread home made jam on them, those were yummy!

My little baby would appreciate it if everyone would stop discussing pouring all sorts of sticky, sweet stuff all over her. She does not appreciate discussions of how to eat her.

I'm sorry I couldn't help myself.
